Provision of service for The Conversation Zone 1 at Velindre Cancer Centre

Description of the goods or services required

The primary purpose of this work will be to refurbish Zone 1, rooms 27,28 and 29 to enable reuse as a stem cell collection facility. The work contained within specification include builders works, electrical, heating, medical gas, plumbing services and drainage.

The specification requires Specialist suppliers to carry out works. Such specialists include fire alarms, nurse call, medical gas, door access systems and Data

All works and enclosures will need to comply with fire regulations and the minimum standards set out in Health technical memorandum.
