North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is inviting providers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Apprenticeships.
The Authority will compete all its apprenticeships via the DPS, inviting all the providers admitted to it to take part in further competition.
This is the replacement to the Authority's Dynamic Purchasing System for Provision of Apprenticeship Training Programmes (DN311727) which came to an end on the 15th January 2022.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is inviting providers to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Apprenticeships to procure its apprenticeships under.
The Authority may also access the DPS on behalf of Academy Schools located in the North East Lincolnshire.
The DPS will run for eight (8) years. The Authority reserves the right to end the DPS after four (4) years should requirements change.
The initial deadline for the receipt of requests to participate is thirty (30) days after this notice is published.
Thereafter, the Authority shall compete individual contracts for apprenticeships among all providers admitted on to the DPS via a further competition an any time.

Regards the value stated in II.2.7. the Authority reserves the right to end the DPS after forty-eight (48) months should requirements change.
The estimated whole life value stated in II.1.5 and II.2.6 has been calculated using the estimated amount of money paid into the levy by the Authority annually, multiplied by eight (8) years.
The initial deadline for the receipt of requests to participate is thirty (30) days after this notice is published. Thereafter the Authority reserves the right to invite providers admitted to the DPS to participate in a further competition process at any time.
Candidates may submit a request to participate at any time during the life of the DPS.
The commencement date and duration of individual contracts awarded as part of further competition under the DPS will be identified during each further competition.

Providers must be registered on the Register of Apprenticeship Training providers.
Assessment centres use by providers admitted to the DPS must be registered on the Register of Apprentice Assessment Organisations.
Providers must be approved to deliver programmes accredited with the relevant awarding organisations for all training they provide.
