The Councils are looking to commission suitably qualified and experienced organisations (the reviewer) to undertake reviews into homelessness decisions under its statutory function of Section 202 of the Housing Act 1996 (as amended by relevant legislation). This will be a framework agreement in accordance witht he specification. All ten district Councils will be able to participate in the use of the framework.
