Total quantity or scope of tender

The purpose of the contract is to ensure there is a level of consistency of excellence in customer service and experience throughout TfW modes of transport. TfW need to ensure we deliver the correct level of training, that helps strengthen our business. To ensure we aid learning and deliver that consistent training package, we require support from a training provider that will share knowledge and has the ability to help us understand the requirements to succeed in delivering the correct materials.

Some public transport driver communities are not direct employees of TfW, and we are looking to ensure they also meet our standards, both in safety and in delivering excellent customer service. Offering and delivering an effective training course will ensure there is a set standard in delivering this service.

Contract Duration is 2yrs with option to extend in 12 month increments up to a total of a further 3yrs, dependant upon funding, and requirements at that time. Initial requirements in Year 1 are potentially up to £50k on a call-off basis.
