Works to be started by Friday 8th April 2022 and completed by Sunday 15th May 2022.

We will review any submissions looking at the following brief criteria:

1. How does the installation factor in sustainability and does it include plans on how to minimise environmental impact in the short and long term?

2. Will the installation be suitable for years to come?

3. Does the installation factor in all current legislation with regards to building regulations and food preparation requirements?

4. Can the schedule be met?

5. Can the applicant demonstrate quality workmanship in previous works?
