II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The purpose of this tender process is to identify three or more agencies who will be capable to provide fixed-term and temporary staff in accordance with Trinity House’s statement of requirements. This service will not include opportunities for permanent employment, but will focus on providing qualified staff on a flexible basis to support Trinity House Marine Operations. It is intended that this tender process will result in framework agreements for a duration of four years for the provision of these services. Call-off contracts for the provision of fixed-term and temporary staff will be awarded on an individual basis. Award of call-off contracts is based upon the suitability of the individual to fulfil the Trinity House requirement, including aspects such as availability, correct certification and level of experience.
