Interested parties wishing to submit a tender must accept the Authority terms without exception (see available for tender documentation regarding supplier terms for a maintenance agreement). A Form of Agreement must be signed and returned. An Ethics Policy Statement must be signed and returned. A Standard Questionnaire (SQ) must be completed and returned. Tender submissions, including the above documentation and all communication must be via the Authority's on-line tendering portal, Bravo Solutions (Jaggaer). All documents to be completed and returned via the Bravo Solutions (Jaggaer) on-line portal.
