The provision of Retrofit Assessor services to undertake the retrofit assessment of properties in accordance with PAS 2035, including the production of an RdSAP assessment, a detailed floor plan, a condition report, and an occupancy assessment.
The provision of Retrofit Co-ordinator services to formulate from the data provided medium term (20 -30 years) Improvement Plan, and to overseeing a retrofit project from inception to completion including all required liaison with Clients and other stakeholders.
The provision of Retrofit Designer services in preparing options on the combination of EEM systems products, and materials to be installed in a property in order to achieve the required level of energy efficiency and other outcomes.
The provision of Retrofit Evaluator services to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of a retrofit project and provide feedback to the Client and the project team.
