Abstract

North Wales Police are looking to procure a cloud-based COTs national electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) for the Forensic Collision Investigation Network (FCIN), allowing primary and secondary license access for staff working for local police forces, across the country.

The eQMS will support the initial and ongoing accreditation of the FCIN and will be used by all users of the FCIN to manage a range of technical and quality processes which underpin and support accreditation.

The requirements for this contract are detailed more particularly in the tender specification documents.

The contract will commence on 1st August 2023 and will run for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 4 years in multiples of 12 months. Further information and documentation is available on the EU Supply/Bluelight E-tendering System at https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=BLUELIGHT. Any questions should be raised via the Messaging section of the Tender, please note that no correspondence will be entered into outside of the system.

The closing date for responses is Tuesday 7th March 2023 at 2pm.
