Explanation
A new support and maintenance contract has been agreed with Icomera UK Limited which encompasses the existing legacy fleet and also the introduction of the new CAF and Stadler Fleet. Both CAF and Stadler have contracted with Icomera to supply and install the Icomera hardware to provide passenger Wi-Fi and also an additional router on some of the new fleets for other onboard train systems. Therefore, TFWRL require a support & maintenance agreement to be in place with the Wi-Fi OEM for delivery into service. The hardware is configured by Icomera to their specifications and managed by an Icomera central system
