II.1.4) Short description
The Contract is designed to deliver:
• Ensuring SHG is meeting its legal obligations in respect of its Servicing, Maintenance and installations of sprinkler and fire suppression systems contained within its portfolio. Where it is discovered or suspected that any legal obligations or there are non-conformities with any equipment, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contract Administrator and provide recommendations to rectify the non-compliance.
• 24 hours, 7 days a week, all year-round reactive maintenance and callout cover.
• Consultancy and advisory services to SHG on Sprinkler and Fire Suppression Systems when required.
• Auditing of 5% of remedial works completed.
• There maybe a requirement to install new equipment, systems or extend existing systems. The expectation is the successful contractor will pick this up at the request of SHG (to be priced separately).
