The development will comprise, but are not limited to, the Design, Construction and 12 months defect rectification of a mix of 50 properties split: 24 affordable rental properties and 26 shared ownership properties with associated infrastructure works, landscaping and parking.It is anticipated that a start on site no later than 3rd Quarter 2023 with a practical completion date of 1st Quarter 2025.
