The Housing Executive intends to establish a Framework Agreement to meet this requirement. The Framework Agreement will be divided into three (3) Lots: • Lot One – Admin and Customer Contact Roles; • Lot Two – Building Trade and Manual Roles; • Lot Three – Technical and Professional Specialist Roles. For Lot One the Housing Executive will award places to a maximum of eight (8) Contractors for the provision of Agency Workers – Admin and Customer Contact Roles. For Lot Two the Housing Executive will award places to a maximum of ten (10) Contractors for the provision of Agency Workers – Building Trade and Manual Roles. For Lot Three the Housing Executive will award places to a maximum of ten (10) Contractors for the provision of Agency Workers – Technical and Professional Specialist Roles. Tenderers may bid for one, two or all Lots.
