The strategy has been developed by analysing the need from the estate, services received by the current suppliers and the services provided in the marketplace. It is proposed to contract on a 3 year + 1 year contract term. This will align with the overarching FM contracting strategy to dis-aggregate requirements and contract with specialist contractors to build supply chain resilience, drive economies of scale, and ensure a high level of quality across all hard FM services.
