The project is to be delivered within a single phase and will include a 7-class primary school, a 2-class MLD, a single nursery unit and associated SMA. The site is off the Ormeau Roads and North Parade in Belfast and is the site of the former (now demolished) Ulidia Resource Centre. The site has been cleared and left level with existing perimeter protection left in place, however a certain amount of ground contamination exists. The project is to be constructed within a 12-month period.
