Title
Renewable Energy Installations for HFactor Developments

Description of the goods or services required
HFactor Developments Cyf wishes to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement to supply, install, support and maintain renewable energy equipment . The framework agreement will be for the supply and support of a broad range of Renewable energy technologies with the initial focus on Solar PV with Battery Charging including EV Charger system
The framework will run for an initial term of two years . HFactor will then have the option to extend the framework for two further years (1 + 1) up to 31 March 2027. This will mean a maximum possible lifetime of 4 years for the framework.
HFactor have an immediate requirement for a large number of Solar PV with battery storage installations on leased roof spaces throughout south Wales but centred in the Merthyr Vale region.
A minimum of 2 suppliers will be selected for this contract in accordance with the criteria set out in the tender documents.

Total quantity or scope of tender
HFactor Developments Cyf have a pipeline of over 30 customers that require the installation of Solar PV systems with battery storage , some of these systems also require the installation of EV charging stations.
The systems vary in size from 4KWp to 50KWp of Solar PV and the deadline for this initial tranche of 30 installations is 10/6/2023.
The total size of the initial tranche is estimated at 400KWp of Solar with 400Kwhr of battery storage.

Providers must be able to supply and install systems that are MCS certified and qualify for export tariffs within the UK.
All electrical works must comply with UK electrical regs

Under the terms of this contract the successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver Community Benefits in support of the authority’s economic and social objectives. The Projects aim is to increase the take up of low cost green renewable energy into the region making the community more resilient to increases in pricing from the supply of fossil fuels.
Relates to the following project/programme financed by EU Community Funds: The project has been supported by the allocation of EU funds and is part of the ABMV Energy Worx Community energy project managed by HFactor developments cyf.
