II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The full interior design service will be utilised for our flagship developments, where a specific project brief will be issued including budget, demographics and bespoke requirements. The Supplier will be required to provide the following for our flagship show homes and marketing suite:
• Develop concept moodboards in response to the brief –must include, all furniture, accessories and window treatments and wallcovering to be supplied and fitted out.
• Style and dress each show home and marketing suite to include delivery assemble, install, stage and clean.
• Include a breakdown of costings for the project including all anticipated expenses.
• Develop a timetable of delivery
The furniture package portfolio should be based around our four development personalities. We want to work with the selected partner to develop these. We are interested in renting packages across a 3, 6, or 9-month period, with the option of a rolling month. Each package would need to consider a range of layouts (1, 2, 3 and 4 bed homes and apartments) and window treatments so we attract the right consumer and present the aspired lifestyle.
The Supplier will be required to provide the following for our furniture packages:
• Develop alongside our Brand and Experience Manager a portfolio of furniture packages and moodboards (x4-6) to support the desired conventions and prescribe materials and furniture, accessories and window treatments to be supplied and fit out.
• Design furniture arrangements - style and dress each show home to include delivery, assemble, install, stage and clean.
• Include a breakdown of costings for the project including all anticipated expenses
• Develop a timetable of delivery including the rental option
• Remove all furniture at the end of the agreed timeframes
