Wolverhampton Homes are looking to appoint a contractor to provide Empty Property Care
and Associated Services to include:
De-mountable steel window and door screens, GSM and Radio alarms with multiple PIRs, Vacant Property Clearance, Sharps clearance, including clinical waste, Pre-let clearing services and mould eradication, Pre-let garden clearance services, Bodily waste/fluids and site disinfection, Deep Clean, Damp and flood clean up, and, Pest Control Services.
The contract will support the existing repairs services and enables performance and service
targets to be met in relation to ensuring properties are secured and clearance,
environmental issues addressed in line with Wolverhampton Homes requirements to ensure
high customer satisfaction and safety. This contract will be for a period of 4 years.
