The Education Authority has appointed a single contractor capable of providing a fully managed Radon Detection and Monitoring Service for EA buildings and schools that are most affected by Radon including Educational NI bodies. These bodies include:.• Primary and Post Primary schools under the control of the EA, Catholic Maintained Schools, Independent Schools in NI, Irish Medium Schools in NI, both Controlled and, Voluntary Grammar Schools, Nursery School for NI both controlled and Catholic Maintained, school meals kitchens on-site at all of these schools, and Controlled Youth Centres. https://www.education-ni.gov.uk/services/schools-plus.• Grant Controlled Integrated Education Schools in NI. https://www.nicie.org/parents/school-finder/. Independent School in NI; and.https://www.isc.co.uk/schools/northern-ireland/. The value shown in II.1.7 is the highest estimated in the following range for the requirement £455,905-£910,541ex VAT and £547,087-£1,092,650inc VAT which has been calculated on the basis of a three year Contract with the option to extend for up to two further periods of 12 months as well as additional contingency should the demand increase for any reason.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The UK does not currently have any such bodies with responsibilities for appeal/mediation procedures in public procurement competitions. Instead; any challenges are dealt with by the High Court, Commercial Division, to which proceedings may be issued regarding alleged breaches of the PCR 2015. . The EA operated a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) at the point information on the award of the contract was communicated to tenderers. That notification provided full information on the award decision. This provided time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract was entered into.
