The City of Wolverhampton College Framework can only be used by City of Wolverhampton College and its subsidiary company City of Wolverhampton College Enterprises.

The two highest scoring agencies will be awarded a place on tier 1, up to six of the next highest scoring agencies will be awarded a place on tier 2 framework. The City of Wolverhampton College Framework can only be used by City of Wolverhampton College and its subsidiary company City of Wolverhampton College Enterprises.
