This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) to inform operators that Business Services Organisation (BSO), Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) intends to issue a tender for service and repair of compactors and balers on behalf of our Northern Ireland Health and Social Care (HSC) clients.
