Section 7 of the PCR 2015 (Social and Other Specific Services) the 'Light Touch Regime'.
This contract will provide Mental Health Treatment Requirement Service (MHTR), that will provide a sentencing option for individuals who have low-moderate needs in relation to their mental health. This service is for individuals whose offence crosses the community order sentencing threshold and who have pleaded guilty or been found guilty of an offence following a trial.
