Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a contractor for Etruscan Square Land Remediation to Phase 1 & 2 Etruscan Square is undergoing an extensive regeneration project within Hanley City Centre, with Phase 1 and Phase 2 area covering the former low-level car park off Birch Terrace and Lichfield Car Park. These land remediation works will include appropriate Coal Mining Risk treatment to Phase 1 and Assessments for the Phase 2 area to inform the anticipated treatment works, along with Phase II Ground Investigation works to define the extent of the historical coal mining, with general ground investigation in regards to foundation design and environmental risk assessment.
