The council is looking to procure a single construction consultancy organisations (not a consortium) to aid the delivery of construction projects, routine condition surveys of the Councils property portfolio. This will enable Construction & Maintenance Property Education teams and other areas within the Council to use this approved supplier to assist where an external consultancy is required. For the avoidance of doubt this does not confer exclusivity for the successful supplier and the Council reserve the right at their absolute discretion to source consultancy services from where they are most appropriate.
