Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority (“the NPA”) wishes to develop an appropriate strategy for the enhancement of 13 charging Car Parks and is looking for a consultant (team) to review and analyse the Car Parks to ensure they provide accessible ‘gateways’ to the National Park with recommendations.
