BCP Council requires a Framework of suppliers for the supply to BCP Council with domestic & commercial gas & heating materials to its responsive In-House Team.
The Council is responsible for approximately 5,100 directly owned and 480 leasehold domestic properties within the BCP area. These are primarily maintained by BCP’s In-House Maintenance Team.
BCP’s intention is to award up to 5 suppliers positions on the Framework. The successful suppliers will be expected to source and supply domestic & commercial gas & heating materials required to fulfil the deliverable requirements.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
