Essex County Council is seeking a Strategic Innovation Partner/s to work
in partnership with us to identify, scope and design a response to early
intervention support for families impacted by domestic abuse. It will
include working with all appropriate family members/significant others,
including the perpetrator. As partners, we share costs, skills, information
and/or other resources in the pursuit of common goals.
Focus must be low risk families not families that have been assessed as high
risk (demonstrate possible early indicators of DA).
Early help principles should be at the heart of the offer.
Any approach should be flexible and responsive to context and “family” make
up, cohorts and culture.
