Tenders are invited for the provision of a contract to demolish properties for both the Highway works and the Dudley Interchange at St Joseph Street over a period of 4 weeks. The Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor to meet the requirements set out in these documents. The tender will be carried via a mini competition via the Black Country Framework established by Sandwell MBC, contractors on Lot 2 of the Framework who gave an expression of interest will therefore be invited to submit a tender (via Intend Dudley MBC's e-tendering website).
The buildings that require demolition are:
- 1 to 3 St Joseph Court, former offices
- 3 Birmingham Street, former photograph studio and storage
