Abstract

The Authority seeks a supplier to provide an LFPSE compliant cloud based Patient Safety and Risk Management Software. The key objectives are:<br/>(a) Allow the Authority to use the system as its sole source for quality governance and compliance data within the organisation.<br/>(b) Allow Authority staff to be able to explore variational trends through the system use of triangulated data from multiple sources in charts and graphs.<br/>(c) The system will also be able to let local teams view their data in a format which highlights any outstanding actions or compliance issues
