This is a Prior Information Notice to inform potential bidders that the BSO Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) plan to issue tender documentation for the provision of Pest Control Services for the Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland. PaLS wish to hold Awareness Sessions for interested Suppliers to assist the Contract Adjudication Group in preparing a specification that will fully meet the requirements of the Trusts and Organisations. It is anticipated that suppliers attending the Awareness Session will give a short presentation to the Group. Specific information on the content of the presentation will be provided to interested parties closer to the date. Sessions will take place beginning of February, dates will be confirmed. Should you wish to participate please contact Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) by emailing boucher.sourcing@hscni.net no later than 12:00 noon on Tuesday 21st January 2025 to register your interest? All future tender documentation will be made available via the etendersni.gov.uk website and potential bidders should register on this website to ensure they have access to tender documentation when the tender is published. Note that this Awareness Session will not have any bearing on any tender bid; it is for information purposes only.
