EDTS Construction Services Framework. The framework will be open to participating organisations of the BOB Integrated Care Board (ICB) which covers Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. It may also cover works commissioned by NHS Property Services. Individual Call-Offs will be awarded following a mini competition to framework suppliers.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
A Framework covering the Supply of Construction Services to Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Estates Design and Technical Services (EDTS).
The framework will be open to participating organisations of the BOB Integrated Care Board (ICB) which covers:

The Royal Berkshire Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust

It may also cover works commissioned by NHS Property Services.
The majority of the works will be refurbishment and/or alterations to existing facilities, with some fitting out of empty space and new build. It is anticipated that around half of the works will involve medical systems and many will involve working in or close to active medical facilities or areas where disruption will need to be minimised.
Individual Call-Offs will be awarded following a mini competition to framework suppliers.
