The London Ambulance Service is conducting a procurement under the competitive process of the Provider Selection Regime to award a contract for Counselling and Psychological Services for LAS staff. This has historically been provided either in-house or as part of occupational health service, but with the growing demand and complexity of cases, the decision has been made to set up a stand-alone contract for the provision of these services with a strong focus on high quality and clinically led services.<br/><br/>The contract term will be for 2 years, with an available extension period of 2 years. The maximum term of this contract shall be a total of 4 years.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.<br/><br/>The London Ambulance Service NHS Trust may wish to extend the use of the resulting contract to other Southern Ambulance Services Collaboration (SASC) members. These Trusts will be open to contract directly with the successful Provider as and when required.<br/>The estimated total value shall range from approx. £1,500,000 up to £7,500,000 over the term of the contract including any extensions <br/><br/>For further information on the Southern Ambulance Services Collaboration (SASC): https://www.scas.nhs.uk/about-scas/sasc/
