FCDO is seeking to appoint a Supplier to deliver the National Component Contract of the overarching EFASS programme. The Supplier will be responsible for providing fund management services and identifying, appointing, and managing State Anchors to deliver the Contract outputs including the delivery of Cash Transfers to all eligible girls and children with disabilities, community-based behaviour change,
in-service professional development for teachers and accelerated learning/catch-up education, and Technical Assistance and national, state and subsequent levels to strengthen government policy, systems and capacities
