Further to the previous transparency notice ( and expired standstill period) announcing our intention to appoint the Most Suitable Provider for Sexual and Reproductive clinical services position to the University Hospital Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust, we are pleased to confirm that following due process ( Provider selection regime / MSP) and following on from previous notices, we have now entered into a contract with the same dated Friday 17th January. The contract has a 7 year term with the ability to extend by no more than three years and a value expected to be between £27- 31 million.
