Abstract

Bedford Borough Council (‘the Council’) is inviting tenders from organisations wishing to enter into a muti-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Supported Living and community based services to the following groups: • Working age adults (18 -65 years) and older people (65 years +)• People with disabilities (learning disabilities, physical disabilities, sensory disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and people with Mental Health difficulties• People with complex needs, including health conditions, behaviours that challenge or that put the person, or others, at risk of harmThe Council’s Supported Living Services have been split into those two (2) Lots:• Lot 1 – Individual Supported Living Placements• Lot 2 – Targeted Whole or Multiple Supported Living Services and three (3) support level Categories, which are described in terms of complexity for the Person’s individual needs. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement shall commence in August 2025.
