This National Digital Forensics Services Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is for use by Bluelight Commercial, its Customers and other UK public sector bodies in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of reorganisation or organisational changes). This National Digital Forensics Services DPS is primarily intended for use by the following public sector bodies (as defined in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015): The Metropolitan Police Service on behalf of the Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC); Police and Crime Commissioners, the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner, the Northern Ireland Policing Board, Scottish joint Police boards, or any successor, Police Scotland, the Greater London Authority (or a functional body within the meaning of the Greater London Authority Act 1999), including the Police Forces of the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, the Home Office, British Transport Police, College of Policing, the Civil Nuclear Constabulary, the National Crime Agency, the Royal Gibraltar Police, the Crown Prosecution Service, the UK Fire Services, and the Independent Office of Police Conduct.Although all of these organisations will have access to the National Digital Forensics Services DPS, the anticipated scope will mainly be with the Police Forces in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland (together with the Home Office, the ‘Contracting Authorities’).
