  There is a requirement by Birmingham City Council for a Consultant for JNC Job Evaluation for the Equal Pay Programme. The Council is seeking consultancy support in determining and then implementing an appropriate job evaluation methodology, revised grade structure, and job family modelling system for those roles in Grades B01, B02, B03, B04, Grade 6 and Grade 7 within Birmingham City Council, non-teaching roles in Schools, Birmingham Children’s Trust (BCT), and Acivico. The job family modelling methodology should also be capable of being extended to the NJC population and the template provided should include indicative examples of how NJC roles might be accommodated within the job family framework. The objective is to deliver the methodology, undertake evaluations, determine a new pay and grading structure, and any resulting terms and conditions changes for employees by September 2025.
