Mae'r Gwahoddiad i Dendro hwn yn wahoddiad i unigolyn neu gwmni gynnal adolygiad o lywodraethiant y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol (y Coleg). Pwrpas yr adolygiad fydd gwerthuso strwythurau a gweithdrefnau llywodraethiant presennol y Coleg a chyflwyno argymhellion i’n Bwrdd i’w hystyried, lle bo angen, i wella effeithiolrwydd a chryfhau gallu’r Coleg i gyflawni ei nodau a’i amcanion.

This Invitation to Tender is an invitation for an individual or company to undertake a review of the governance of the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol (the Coleg). The purpose of the review will be to evaluate the College's existing governance structures and procedures and to make recommendations to our Board for consideration, where necessary, to improve effectiveness and strengthen the College's ability to achieve its aims and objectives.

> Proffil cwmni a CVs personél allweddol;

> Cadarnhad bod modd cwblhau pob elfen o’r gwaith trwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg.
