Abstract

Citizens Advice Swansea Neath Port Talbot (CASNPT) has historically delivered an outreach service within the Afan Cluster (Glyncorrwg, Cwmavon, Blaengwynfi and Cymmer) which was deemed to have the highest deprivation at that time. However, the Health Board has high deprivation across its footprint and to manage unmet demand, this service will be expanded to meet the population’s needs delivering an equitable service across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot. CASNPT services are in line with the Public Health Outcome Framework recognising the vision of improving and protecting the health and wellbeing, improving the health of the poorest, and the wider determinants of health (Domain two). CPV: 85100000, 85140000, 85323000.
