We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced production companies to deliver sound, lighting, and associated equipment for a large-scale Christmas event at St Fagans National Museum of History on 4, 5 and 6 December 2026. Each event day will include two sessions (10:00–14:00 and 17:00–21:00) with an expected capacity of up to 1,850 visitors per session.

This immersive, nostalgic Christmas experience will recreate the sites, smells and sounds of Christmas past across the site. The daytime event will require production solutions that deliver strong visual and audio impact in natural light, ensuring atmospheric storytelling and engaging sensory environments throughout the museum grounds. The evening event will rely on impactful, creative lighting installations and sound design to transform the site after dark, enhancing heritage spaces with warm, seasonal ambience.

As the event takes place across a protected heritage site, suppliers must be prepared to work within specific conservation guidelines, access constraints, and operational considerations that differ from typical greenfield or urban event environments.

The successful supplier will be responsible for full production delivery, including equipment supply, installation, operation, and de-rig, with a strong emphasis on high production values across both daytime and evening sessions.
