Procurement description
The project consists of the Division of first floor flat into two self contained units at Crawshaw Court, Llantwit Major CF61 2GE for Vale of Glamorgan Council. Work includes Asbestos removal. Electrical and gas testing. Internal demolition, installation of heating systems, mechanical ventilation. New ceilings, walls, flooring, doors, painting and decoration and associated works.
All interested suppliers are requested to register on the Proactis Portal and find the tender using the reference ERFX1000012 to retrieve the tender documentation and submissions will be received via Proactis.

You will only be required to complete mandatory details at the registration stage, although it is also important that you select Vale of Glamorgan Council in “Step 5 – Buyer Selection” as this is not mandatory but you will not receive details of any opportunities from Vale of Glamorgan if you do not select this.
