Engagement process description
The Council is looking to establish a framework agreement with organisations it can work with in the future to deliver high-quality domestic abuse housing related support to those in need.
The framework agreement will have separate lots that will offer the Council the flexibility to commission domestic abuse housing related support services that are effective at supporting individuals with a range of needs.
These lots are as follows:-
• Lot 1: Domestic abuse housing related support within temporary and longer-term domestic abuse supported accommodation. This includes the following service models; refuge provision, safe houses, and longer term supported accommodation. Contracts entered via Lot 1 will be block contracts.
• Lot 2: Community based domestic abuse housing related support. This includes the following service models; Floating Support, Advice and Information, Drop in, Outreach, Group Activities. Contracts entered via Lot 2 will be block contracts.
The Council would like to invite existing and potential providers of specialist domestic abuse support services to take part in our virtual market engagement event. The purpose of this event will be:
• To share information on the aims and objectives of the Framework
• To share information from the domestic abuse service assessment to help shape future services.
