Abstract

The City & County of Swansea requires the provision and removal of temporary male and female toilets in the city centre every Saturday evening, and on Sunday Bank Holiday evenings. It is essential that the successful bidder holds a Carrier Licence. The successful bidder will provide the City & County of Swansea with a Monthly literage report. The successful bidder will supply all consumables – toilet rolls and hand cleanser. The ladies toilet unit must have a foot flush, coat hook, and access to unlock from the outside. Lighting in the toilet unit is NOT required. Many events may be televised therefore the successful bidder must ensure that all portable toilet units & urinals are provided to site in a good and clean state. The toilets are to be located at the specified areas in the city as above, any changes to the locations or timings must be agreed by both parties. The successful bidder will ensure that the toilets are set up on site between 7pm and 7.30pm and removed no later than 7am the following morning.
