The 5-19 Service is responsible for delivering and creating a behaviour change programme for children, young people and families in City and Hackney, helping them improve their weight and create long term healthy habits related to diet and physical activity.
The contract is being awarded to Homerton Hospital Foundation Trust to continue the provision of the 5-19 Healthy Eating and Obesity Service under Direct Award Process C of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) commencing on 01/02/2026 for an 18 month period the total value of the proposed contract will be £225,000.
