The provision of architectural consultancy services for two new two-storey extension to existing science and sports facilities. The project is located within the Universitys Hope Park Campus and will include the following:

The construction of a 2 storey extension to an existing Science Building.

The construction of a 2 storey extension to an existing Sports Hall and link to extended Science Building.

Demolition of a single storey building to facilitate the development.

Associated external works including drainage, hard and soft landscaping.

M and E Services installations including provision of a passenger lift.

Installation of specialist catering, laboratory and sport equipment.

Achievement of a BREEAM Excellent rating.
