Fyne Homes is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord. Fyne Homes has in the region of 1 400 properties in Bute and South Argyll and has offices in Rothesay, Dunoon, Campbeltown and Lochgilphead.
In 2013 Fyne Homes carried out a procurement exercise to appoint three Gas and Reactive Maintenance contractors for their works in Bute, Cowal and Kintyre respectively. This contract will be let for a period of three years to allow a simultaneous re-procurement of all contracts for 1.4.2017. The continuation of the contract will be subject to review on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against published Key Performance Indicators.
