Conditions Relating to the Contract

III.1.1)

Deposits and guarantees required

Must be fully able to commence operations from midnight on 1.7.2014.

Contractors must commit to submitting invoices fortnightly in electronic form to a standard to be set by the Authority.

Regular and reliable attendance at the PLA's premises within 30 minutes of an order having been placed.

The Operator must be able to demonstrate full compliance with Local Authority Licensing regulations, UK Traffic Law, and PLA Health and Safety requirments.

These will be confirmed with the applicable Local Licensing Officer.
