Origin Housing Ltd requires a company to provide an office and window cleaning service for our main offices. Two of the office sites are in London, NW1 and the other one in Enfield N18. There may be additional sites added at a later date when their current contracts come to an end.
We will require some additional services to be provided such as recycling and other specialist cleaning services such as regular deep cleaning, emptying of Sani bins. You will be asked to provide a full list of the services your company can provide in the PQQ.
If your company is able to provide these services, and the additional services either in house or via a third party, please complete the PQQ.

The PQQ evaluation process is in three parts:
Compliance, Financial and Ability to Provide Service. All submitted PQQs will be checked to make sure they comply with the law and the instructions within the PQQ. The second part refers to section III.2.2. The final section is checking they can provide the services required by scoring their submission.
All excluded parties will be notified in writing. Once this process is completed all remaining applicants will be invited to tender.

Lodging of appeals
Origin Housing Ltd will incorporate a stand still period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The stand still period which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 No 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
