Additional Information
1.3. Genomics England has selected the LabKey open source data integration tool for the management and visualisation of biomedical information. A services partner is required to assist Genomics England in the design and implementation of a number of LabKey based solutions including:
— A repository for consolidation of clinical data from multiple sources within the UK National Health Service (NHS).
— An environment for the cleansing of clinical data (the resolution of data anomalies to meet the requirements of the US FDA Code of Federal Regulations 21, Part 11).
— A research repository of de-identified clinical data linked to an OpenCGA based variant database to allow the identification of cohorts and the visualisation of data related to these cohorts.
— The review of consolidated clinical data by the treating physician including linkage back to the genetic sequence of the participant in the 100 000 Genomes Project.
