Abstract

This DPS is for the provision of carpets and floorings services for Nottingham Community Housing.

Applications are invited from organisations that can provide 1 or more such services.

The DPS sets the terms and conditions under which services contracts will be awarded over the next 4 years.

Nottingham Community Housing is inviting organisations with appropriate experience to apply to become a member under its DPS.

As and when required, Nottingham Community Housing will issue a requirement (for a given scope of service requirement) to all qualifying organisations who are then members of the DPS.

Subject to an organisation retaining appropriate qualifications and accreditations, and other delivery criteria, contracts will be awarded on the basis of price.
